INSTRUCTIONS: 

1. Hold the tampon by the base of the outer tube with the thumb and middle finger.
2. With one hand, pull the vulva lips apart, while with the other you push the rounded tip of the tampon into the vagina.
3. Do not try to push it in an upright position as the vagina is slightly tilted. Insert the tampon by pushing towards your lower back until your fingers touch your body. If you feel the applicator is not sliding easily, turn it slightly or move it from right to left while pushing it.
4. While holding the applicator by the base of the outer tube, push the inner tube with your index finger until it is completely inside the outer tube. The tampon will come out of the applicator.
5. Finally, remove the 2 tubes from inside the vagina and put them in the organic or compostable waste bin (not down the toilet). The string will be suspended outside your body. You're not supposed to feel the tampon.

ATTENTION:
MAXIMUM COMFORT - If you feel discomfort, it is possible you have not introduced it well. Remove the tampon and try another one… It's normal not to come out well the first time, so don't be discouraged.
