• For the ladies who have normal or average flow, these Day Pads with wings are very thin, comfortable, super absorbent and safe, being able to take care of feminine hygiene in the most sustainable way.

INSTRUCTIONS: 

1. Open the package and remove one pad. 
2. Peel off the paper that wraps the pad and glue the bottom to your panties. 
3. Wrap the flaps around the panties so they are tight together. 
4. Change the pad as often as necessary for your comfort. 
5. Once you've used your pantyliner, put all waste in the organic or compostable waste bin (not the toilet).
