INSTRUCTIONS: 

1. Open the package and remove one pantyliner.
2. Peel off the paper that wraps the pantyliner and glue the bottom to your panties.
3. Change the pantyliner as often as necessary for your comfort.
4. Once you've used your pantyliner, put all waste in the organic or compostable waste bin (not the toilet).

Organic Mondays pantyliners are individually wrapped in Mater-Bi® and made from organic cotton.
